About Amer

AMER
MOHAMMED.

Entrepreneur. AI speaker. Builder.

The person behind the work

01 / BACKGROUND

Not just talking about change. Working inside it.

From shipping to grocery retail. From the boardroom to the stage. A career spent turning new technology into something people actually use.

Amer Mohammed is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker and advisor working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, business and organisational change. His experience spans digital leadership in shipping and retail, consulting, board work and building his own ventures.

At Stena AB and Stena Line, he worked with connectivity, digital transformation and AI. He subsequently became Chief Digital Officer at Capgemini and Coop Sweden. Those roles placed him inside the practical questions behind transformation: what to build, how to organise the work and how to make a new service useful to customers.

03 / TODAY

Speak. Advise. Build.

Today, his portfolio brings together speaking, advisory work and building products. He also shares his experience through executive education and public interviews. The thread running through it is not a particular tool: it is the relationship between technology, people and the business.

His programmer and entrepreneur background predates the corporate roles. In a July 2024 Softhouse interview, he discussed his journey and recent work at Eniro, focusing on generative AI for smaller businesses. His current portfolio also includes self-described work on AI-native healthcare infrastructure at Notana. Those ventures are presented as work in progress, not claims of medical outcomes.
